FLUTE
WCN(World Culture Networks) is responsible for the activities
of the following artists in various parts of the world.
Wooyeon Milk Yoo received her bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and Graduate Diploma from New England Conservatory, all as a student of Paula Robison. She has been selected for Borromeo String Quartet Guest Artist Award in 2017, and gave a concert at Jordan Hall in Boston.
She also played as principal flute with the well-known conductors including Leonard Slatkin, Hugh Wollf, Stefan Asbury, Ken-David Masur, Joshua Weilerstein, Douglas Kinney Frost. She was on the musical journal, The Boston Musical Intelligencer when she played as principal flute with New England Conservatory Philharmonia.
Since 2013, Wooyeon Milk Yoo became a founding member of ART PROJECT: Come Here (or Hear),
and published independent magazine miles. Currently she is studying
DMA at Seoul National University with Hyeri Yoon.
